Mark B. Segall

Founder & Managing Director

Mark B. Segall, is the founder and Senior Managing Director of Kidron Corporate Advisors LLC, a New York based mergers and acquisitions corporate advisory boutique founded in 2003, and is the founder and CEO of Kidron Capital Securities LLC, a registered broker dealer (member FINRA / SIPC) since 2009.

Mr. Segall was the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Investec, Inc., the U.S. investment banking operations of the Investec Group, a South African based specialist bank, from 2001 to 2003. He served as head of investment banking and general counsel at Investec Inc. from 1999 to 2001. From 1996 to 1999, he was a partner at the law firm of Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel LLP, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities and between 1991 and 1995 he was an associate at the same firm.

Mr. Segall serves as director, audit committee, compensation committee (chairman) and nominating committee member of National CineMedia, Inc. since March 2018, which operates an in-theatre digital media network in North America. Mr. Segall also serves as director and compensation committee member of Bel Fuse, Inc., an international electronics components company, since July 2011. He serves as a director of Integrated Asset Management Plc (since 2000) and its affiliate, Integrated Alternative Investments Ltd. (since 2017), both FCA regulated alternative asset management companies, based in the UK and Luxembourg, respectively.

He has served as director of Ronson Europe N.V., a Polish residential real estate development company, from 2008 to 2017. He served as director of Temco Service Industries, Inc., an international facilities management company, from February 2011 to January 2016, when he helped to sell the company to France-based Atalian. He served as: director of Infinity Cross Border Acquisition Corp (2012-2014, when it was acquired by Glori Energy); director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, and one of two members of the M&A committee, of ATMI, Inc., a semiconductor and life sciences processing technology company (2013-2014, when it was acquired by Energis); director and chairman of the finance committee of Answers Corporation, the owner and operator of the leading Q&A site Answers.com (2004 -2011 when it was sold to Announce Media); director of the Spectrum Group (formerly Escala Group Inc.), a trading and collectibles network company, from 1999-2007; director of Viewtran (formerly Comtech Group Inc.), a customized module design solutions business, focusing on the digital media, telecommunications equipment, and industrial business end-markets in China, from 2000-2006; and director of Siliconix inc., a semiconductor component company (2000-2005, when Vishay Intertechnology took it private).

Mr. Segall also serves on a number of private company boards in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Segall received an AB in History from Columbia College, Columbia University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
