Mark B. Segall is the Founder and Managing Director of Kidron Corporate Advisors LLC, a New York–based mergers and acquisitions advisory boutique. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kidron Capital Securities LLC, a FINRA/SIPC-registered broker-dealer.

Earlier in his career, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Investec, Inc., the U.S. investment banking arm of the Investec Group, where he also held the roles of Head of Investment Banking and General Counsel.

Mr. Segall began his professional career as an attorney at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel LLP (now Herbert Smith Kramer), becoming a Partner with a practice focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Segall currently serves on the board of:

• Bel Fuse, Inc. – a global electronics components manufacturer, where he chairs the compensation committee and serves on the nominations and governance committee
• Integrated Asset Management Plc and Integrated Alternative Investments Ltd. – FCA-regulated alternative asset management firms based in the UK and Luxembourg, respectively, where he serves on the audit and compensation committees

He has also served on the boards of numerous public and private companies in the U.S. and Europe, several of which were successfully sold or taken private during his tenure. These include:

• National CineMedia, Inc. – operates an in-theatre digital media network in North America; Chairman of the Board, Member of the Audit Committee, Chair of the Compensation Committee, and Nominating Committee
• CITIC Capital Acquisition Corp — an approximately $350m publicly traded special purpose acquisition company that merged into Quanergy Systems, Inc.
• Ronson Europe N.V. – Polish residential real estate development company; Chairman of the Board
• Diamonds International – One of the largest fine jewelry retailers in the world; Chairman of the Board
• Global Holdings B.V – A Netherlands company that owned, among other assets, a controlling interest in the Cineworld Group; Chairman of the Board
• Temco Service Industries, Inc. – International facilities management company; Director (sold to Atalian)
• Infinity Cross Border Acquisition Corp – Special purpose acquisition company; Director (acquired by Glori Energy)
• ATMI, Inc. – Semiconductor and life sciences processing technology company; Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the M&A Committee (acquired by Entegris)
• Answers Corporation (Answers.com) – Digital media and online Q&A platform; Director and Chairman of the Finance Committee (sold to Announce Media)
• The Spectrum Group (formerly Escala Group Inc.) – Trading and collectibles network company; Director
• Viewtran (formerly Comtech Group Inc.) – Customized module design solutions provider serving digital media, telecommunications equipment, and industrial end markets; Director
• Siliconix Inc. – Semiconductor components manufacturer; Director (taken private by Vishay Intertechnology)

Mr. Segall received an A.B. in History from Columbia College, Columbia University, and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
