Mark Segall - Senior Managing Director
Mr. Segall was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Investec Inc., the US subsidiary of Investec Bank Ltd. Prior to joining Investec, he was a partner at the New York law firm of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities. Mr. Segall serves on a number of public boards of directors and several private boards. He received his B.A. from Columbia University and his J.D. from New York University.

Nicholas J Wood - Senior Managing Director
Mr. Wood was the CEO and founder of Emosyn LLC, a fabless semiconductor company in the smart card and security markets. In April 2005 he sold the company to Silicon Storage Technology after growing the business in 2004 to approximately $40m with 16 patents issued. Prior to founding Emosyn, he was V.P Marketing for ATMI Inc, a semiconductor materials company. Nicholas also spent 10 years with Intel Corporation in Europe. He is a BSc (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Raphael Haas - Vice President
Mr. Haas was Director of Corporate Development at Integrated Asset Management plc, a UK-listed alternative asset firm. Prior to joining IAM, he worked in the Media & Telecommunications Group of the US investment bank, Thomas Weisel Partners. Mr. Haas graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ashwin Uttamchandani – Associate

Mr. Uttamchandani was a Senior Analyst in the Information Management & Analytics Group for the Financial Services Industry at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Uttamchandani graduated with a B.S. (Honors) in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Quantitative Finance from the P.C. Rossin School of Engineering at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
